There comes a time in everyone’s life when things just settle into their rightful places, their best spaces — where it all just feels perfect. So in the most challenging of circumstances, a global pandemic, we found ourselves married into two things we really loved: gravity riding and streetwear.
The Daily Grind has been around for a LOOOONG time already, shifting and shaping the local streetwear scene, growing communities, building legend, and we’ve been friends with them and their crew for over a decade; so when The Daily Grind jerseys started gaining in popularity and a lot of riders were using it in an around the trails and tracks, the next ideal step was clear: put a team together.

THIS IS #DGxSendrPH

The Daily Grind Crew, or #DGxSendrPH, is a collective of pro racers, gravity riders, and pandemic bikers that come together for the shameless joy of riding bikes together — whether on the weekend or for a race as a “serious” team. Lead by seasoned downhill names like Jun Alavaro and Ryan Solinap, The DG Crew rounds it out with steezy content creator, and RST Suspension rider, Marc Pusing for this year’s #TEBANTR3S, representing the values of good vibes and the mission to #SmileWhileSending.
The goal of the team is simple: keep things fun and push the culture up. Meaning, while riding hard and fast is definitely still in the universe of sending for the crew, how it makes us feel and feel together is more important: respect, kindness, and community over everything else. That also means leading by example as the crew holds themselves to a high standard of character as much as skill.

The newest member of the crew, Scott Holman, is out of the race this week for work– but you’ll all get to know him soon. In the meantime, watch him ride down the Sendr line with Jun and Ryan in the video below. DO NOT forget to subscribe, please.
A SPECIAL SEND
And for this weekend’s race, the crew brings in a guest from BikeLab, multiple-champion rider and racer Raul Tabil, Jr., who is flying up from Cagayan de Oro this week. Raul is well-known in biking circles and we’re all so excited to have him share his time, skills, and vibe for #TEBANTR3S. He’s coming in cold, track-reading a day before he races in the Elite Category.
